Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every DRSHOPS purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other marks

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimates or items that show signs of wear.

How to Return

  1. Contact us – Send an email to contact@drshops.com with your order number and the items you wish to return
  2. Receive instructions– We will reply with a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship your return– Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided
  4. Receive your refund– Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (note: standard shipping is free)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product)
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@drshops.com. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
